White Labs WLP007 Crisp English Ale Yeast, previously known as Dry English Ale, is a medium-to-high flocculating liquid ale strain for brewers who want a drier, cleaner English profile than sweeter, less attenuative strains. It is useful when the beer needs firm attenuation while still staying in an ale-yeast flavor range.

WLP007 can work in English and American ale recipes where malt and hop character should stay clear, including IPA, pale ale, porter, stout, brown ale, barleywine, red ale, and stronger malt-forward beers. It is a good fit when residual sweetness needs to stay controlled.
