Use of this site

Product information and availability
We aim to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, refuse orders, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Order acceptance and refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unusual order patterns, or other circumstances that require review.
Shipping and transit risk
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, transit performance is outside our control. Carrier estimates are not guarantees from SoCal Brewing Supply. Delays, rerouting, missed scans, weather interruptions, weekend holds, and similar events may extend transit beyond the timeframe originally shown at checkout.
Customers are responsible for choosing the shipping method that matches the urgency and sensitivity of their order. This is especially important for liquid yeast and other temperature-sensitive goods.
Liquid yeast terms
Liquid yeast is a perishable, temperature-sensitive product. We store liquid yeast under proper refrigerated conditions and monitor temperatures 24 hours a day before shipment, but we cannot guarantee yeast condition after shipment. By purchasing liquid yeast, you acknowledge that shipping conditions after carrier acceptance are outside our control.
You also acknowledge that it is your responsibility to select an appropriate shipping service and, when desired, an appropriate thermal protection option based on your location, weather, and risk tolerance. We strongly recommend that customers review our Yeast Shipping Best Practices page before purchasing liquid yeast.
We make available optional protection products, including 24-Hour Yeast Shipping Protection and 36-Hour Yeast Shipping Protection, to help customers reduce transit risk. These products reduce risk but do not create a delivery guarantee or a viability guarantee.
Returns, refunds, and non-returnable goods
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Certain items, including liquid yeast, may be non-returnable due to sanitary, viability, or handling concerns.
Third-party services and links
Our site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free site operation, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use, shipping delays, or carrier handling outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where liability may legally be limited, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
