Order Processing:
Most orders are processed the same day if placed by 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. You’ll receive a confirmation email upon ordering and another when your order ships. During warmer periods, yeast shipments may be held until Monday to avoid heat exposure. We always recommend you add an Insulated Envelope and Ice Pack to all liquid yeast shipments. Please contacts us via email or our contact us page if you would like us to hold your yeast until Monday to ship.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $8.99 for most orders under 20 lbs. (some exclusions apply).
- Orders over 20 lbs. or designated as bulk items may be charged carrier rates.
Typical UPS Ground Transit Times:
- West Coast (CA, NV, AZ, OR): 1-3 business days
- Mountain States (CO, UT, ID): 2-3 business days
- Midwest (TX, IL, OH): 3-4 business days
- East Coast (NY, FL, MA): 4-5 business days

International Shipping Rates:
- Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates. International orders are excluded from any shipping deals.
