Cryo Hops® are an innovative hop product designed to deliver intense aroma, flavor, and bitterness with reduced vegetal matter, making them perfect for IPAs, hazy beers, and hop-forward styles. Created using Lupulin Powder Technology, Cryo Hops® are concentrated lupulin pellets that contain twice the resin and essential oils of traditional T-90 hop pellets, allowing brewers to achieve bigger hop character with less plant material.
Our Cryo Hops® collection features highly sought-after varieties like Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Amarillo, and more. These hops excel in whirlpool and dry hopping, enhancing juicy, citrusy, tropical, and resinous hop notes while reducing astringency and hop loss.
All Cryo Hops® are vacuum-sealed in UV-blocking mylar packaging to maintain peak freshness. We store our hops in temperature-monitored refrigerators, ensuring they arrive fresh and potent for optimal brewing results.
