How to Use The Thief:

1. Sanitize with a non-alcohol-based sanitizer.
2. Submerge the empty Thief, then remove.
3. Hold vertically, insert your hydrometer, and twist to remove bubbles.
4. Touch the tip to the vessel to return the sample. Avoid excessive force.

Important Notes:

• If the valve drips, firmly tug the pin to re-seat it.
• Maximum temperature: 120°F
