Super-Kleer K.C. is a highly effective 2-part fining agent designed to rapidly clear wine, beer, and fermented mashes. This 65 mL (2.2 fl oz) packet includes pre-measured pouches of kieselsol (D1) and chitosan (D2) that work together by forming strong negative and positive charges in suspension—causing particles to clump and drop out quickly for brilliantly clear results.

Directions for Use

1. Add packet D1 (kieselsol) directly to your fermenter and stir gently.
2. Dissolve packet D2 (chitosan) in 1 fl oz (30 mL) of warm water, then add to fermenter and stir gently again.
3. Reattach airlock and let sit undisturbed for 12–48 hours.

• This product is not freeze/thaw stable.
• Do not store below 32°F (0°C) to prevent irreversible crystallization.
