Pekko hops are U.S.-grown T-90 pellets with a layered profile that blends floral citrus, herbal character, mint, melon, pear, and light tropical notes. It is useful when you want something more distinctive than a standard citrus workhorse but still clean enough for balanced beer.

Use Pekko in pale ale, IPA, saison, lager, blonde ale, and mixed hop bills where herbal structure and softer fruit should both show. It can lead a small experimental batch, or it can support brighter hops by adding minty, floral, and melon-like complexity.
