This 18g disposable nitrogen cartridge is used with compatible nitrogen dispensing equipment when you want pressure without adding carbonation. Nitrogen does not dissolve into beverages the same way CO2 does, which makes it useful for pushing wine, mixed drinks, coffee, and other still beverages.

Use this larger 18g cartridge when your nitrogen-capable setup calls for the larger size. If your device uses the smaller nitrogen cartridge, see the 1.8g nitrogen cartridge instead.
