Milwaukee MW103 PRO+ pH/pHmV/Temperature Meter with ATC
Professional pH, pHmV and temperature measurement for brewing and winemaking
The Milwaukee MW103 PRO+ is a portable pH, pHmV and temperature meter for brewers, winemakers, meadmakers and other users who need repeatable measurements from a replaceable laboratory-style electrode. It combines 0.01 pH resolution, ±0.02 pH accuracy, automatic temperature compensation and automatic one- or two-point calibration in one rugged handheld meter.
The dedicated pHmV mode lets you read the electrode's millivolt response at calibration points, which is useful when evaluating electrode offset and slope instead of relying only on whether a calibration completes.

Calibration and electrode care
For an acidic brewing or wine sample range, perform a two-point calibration with pH 7.01 buffer followed by pH 4.01 buffer. A fresh 4.01 and 7.01 sachet pair is convenient for occasional or field calibration.
Rinse the electrode between solutions and samples. Never store the electrode dry or in distilled, deionized or reverse-osmosis water. Use Milwaukee pH electrode storage solution to keep the sensing bulb hydrated, and follow the meter manual for calibration and maintenance.
