Duotight 9.5 mm x 1/2" BSP Female Push-In Fitting

This Duotight fitting connects 6.3mm ID x 9.5mm OD EVABarrier tubing to compatible 1/2" male BSP threaded hardware. It is a clean, clamp-free way to build draft gas and beverage line connections around regulators, manifolds, valves, camlock adapters, and other threaded kegging parts.

The push-in side grips 9.5mm OD tubing, while the threaded side has a female 1/2" BSP connection. KegLand lists this as a Gen 2 Duotight fitting with a POK body, color-coded blue collet for 9.5mm tubing, stainless locking teeth, and EPDM plus silicone seals for reliable cold-side sealing performance.

Best uses

  • Connecting 9.5mm OD EVABarrier tubing to compatible 1/2" male threaded fittings.
  • Draft beer and beverage line builds where a push-to-connect fitting is cleaner than a barbed fitting and clamp.

Installation notes

Cut tubing square before inserting it into the fitting. Push the tubing in firmly until it seats fully. To remove the tube, press the collet inward and pull the tube out.

Compatibility note: This fitting is for 9.5mm OD tubing. It is not compatible with 8mm OD EVABarrier line.

Do not use Duotight fittings with bleach or chlorinated cleaning chemicals, which can damage the fitting material and stainless components.
