This silicone lid O-ring replaces the main gasket on a Cornelius-style keg lid. It is a simple part, but it matters: a tired, flattened, cracked, or odor-retaining lid gasket can make a keg harder to seal and can carry old beverage character into the next batch.

Keep a few extras in your keg parts bin so you can swap the lid gasket during cleaning, pressure testing, or rebuild work instead of trying to nurse one more keg out of a worn seal.
