Craft the perfect summer sipper with our award-winning Childhood Trauma West Coast IPA All-Grain Recipe Kit. Designed for experienced homebrewers, this kit makes 5 gallons of bright, crisp West Coast IPA with a dry finish and massive citrus-forward hop character. It features a simple, effective grain bill built around Rahr Pilsner Malt, with Carapils® for head retention and Weyermann® Acidulated Malt for pH balance.
Ferment with your choice of White Labs WLP001 California Ale Yeast (liquid) or WLPD001 (dry), both versions of the legendary Chico strain. A complimentary gel ice pack is included to protect the yeast in transit.
