How to Use CellarScience Instant Water Salts
Use this product with reverse osmosis, deionized, or distilled water. Add the full packet to your brewing water before mashing, stir until dissolved, and mash in as usual.
These blends are designed for all-grain brewing and are not recommended for extract batches. Malt acidity can vary by recipe, so experienced brewers may still want to verify mash pH and make small corrections when needed.
