Where's My Order?

Thanks for brewing with us! Use the options below to check your order status and shipment tracking directly through your SoCal Brewing Supply account.

🚚 Track a Shipped Order

The easiest way to track your order is via the shipping confirmation email we sent you — click the "View your order" button to see your live order status page, including carrier tracking where available.

Note: Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order ships. Tracking is currently included on approximately half of all shipped orders — if your order doesn't show a tracking number, it's on its way!

🏪 In-Store Pickup Orders

If you selected local pickup, you'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Pickup orders do not have carrier tracking numbers.

Have a question about your pickup? Contact us and we'll respond promptly.

📦 Order Status Timeline

  • Order Confirmed: You'll get a confirmation email right after purchase.
  • Order Shipped: A shipping notification with a tracking link (where available) is sent when your order leaves our facility.
  • Ready for Pickup: We'll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect in store.
