KegLand Cold Plate – Dual Beer Lines : Chill On Demand in a Compact Footprint

Perfect for Jockey Boxes, Cookouts, Tailgates, and Low-Volume Draft Service

The KegLand Aluminum Cast Cold Plate is the ideal solution for serving cold beer in mobile draft setups without the bulk of traditional stainless coils. Designed with two internal 18 ft beverage lines made from 304 stainless steel, this cold plate delivers quick and efficient cooling in a low-profile footprint—perfect for jockey boxes, festival pours, backyard BBQs, or compact serving environments.

The cast aluminum body offers excellent thermal mass and conductivity, transferring cold from surrounding ice directly into your beverage. Simply surround the cold plate with ice and run your beer or other drinks through the plate for instant chilling. Standard 1/4" male flare fittings make it easy to attach swivel nuts, barbs, or Duotight adapters for quick integration into any draft system.

Key Features:

  • Dual Beverage Lines: 2 internal lines for serving two beverages or doubling up for colder temps
  • High-Conductivity Build: Cast aluminum body for maximum thermal efficiency
  • Internal Lines: 18 ft of 304 stainless steel tubing (total), corrosion-resistant and beverage-safe
  • Connection Type: 1/4" male flare threads – compatible with most keg fittings and adapters
  • Compact Size: 15" L x 10" W x 1" thick (2.75" tall at fittings)
  • Mounting Ready: Pre-drilled holes for easy jockey box installation
  • Recommended Serving Pressure: 20–30 psi

Performance Notes:

With ambient beer temps around 68°F and 70% ice contact, the cold plate can reduce your beverage to below 39°F at a flow rate of 10 oz every 10 seconds. For warmer beer (above 82°F), you can either slow the flow rate or loop the lines for a double-pass cooling effect—achieving better temperature drop in a single ice bed.

Why Choose a Cold Plate?

Cold plates excel in low-volume, space-limited applications where speed and simplicity are key. Unlike bulky stainless coils, they lie flat—leaving more room in your cooler for ice, bottles, or food. They’re easy to mount, fast to clean, and offer reliable performance when space matters most.
