Classic American Pale Ale Base for Full-Flavored Extract Brewing
Briess CBW® Pale Ale LME is a rich, full-bodied liquid malt extract made from 100% malted barley. Crafted with a blend of high-quality pale ale malt and Caramel 60, this extract delivers a deep golden hue and a slightly malty flavor—perfect for brewing American ales, porters, stouts, and as a base for hop-forward recipes.
As part of the CBW® (Concentrated Brewers Wort) series, this extract is produced entirely in-house by Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. using only malts and water—no adjuncts or added sugars. It’s ideal for extract brewers or as a sugar source in all-grain and partial mash recipes.
