We sell grain in one-ounce increments (16 oz = 1 lb) and by bulk bag. When adding grain, select the Recipe # (1, 2, or 3) using the radio buttons to assign it to a specific recipe. Drum-roasted to a 60° Lovibond color, it imparts pronounced caramel and toffee flavors, contributing deep golden to red hues to your beer. This malt enhances body, improves foam stability, and adds a touch of sweetness that balances hop bitterness in a variety of beer styles.
