Drum-roasted to a deep 120° Lovibond color, it imparts pronounced flavors of caramel, burnt sugar, raisin, and prune, contributing a rich complexity and deep red hues to your beer. This malt enhances body, improves foam stability, and adds a touch of sweetness that balances hop bitterness in robust beer styles.
