Our Sugar & Fruit collection includes a variety of fermentable additions. Fruit puree and flavorings bring real fruit essence to beers, ciders, and meads, while Belgian Candi Sugar contributes fermentable sugars and rich caramelized flavors essential for Belgian-style ales. Honey is a versatile addition, ideal for traditional meads or honey-infused beers. Priming sugar ensures proper carbonation for bottle conditioning, while other sugars such as dextrose, maltose, and lactose provide body, residual sweetness, and fermentation control.
