Meridian Hops for Berry, Citrus, Pear, and Orange Zest

Meridian hops are U.S.-grown T-90 pellets with a rounded fruit profile that can add berry, citrus, pear, orange zest, blackcurrant, and tropical-fruit hints without overwhelming a beer. Use Meridian when a recipe needs aroma complexity that stays smooth and easy to drink.

Meridian is most useful in late additions, whirlpool additions, and dry hopping, where its softer fruit character can remain visible. It fits pale ale, IPA, saison, wheat beer, blonde ale, and other aroma-forward beers where a gentler hop profile makes more sense than intense resin or sharp tropical fruit.

Flavor and Brewing Use

  • Primary notes: berry, citrus, pear, orange zest, blackcurrant, and light tropical fruit.
  • Best use: late kettle, whirlpool, and dry-hop additions.
