Our Lightly Kilned & Toasted Malts collection includes high-quality malts from Simpsons, Weyermann, Crisp, Rahr, Gambrinus, Dingemans, and Admiral Maltings. These malts range from lightly toasted Vienna and Munich malts, which contribute rich maltiness and slight sweetness, to more intensely kilned biscuit and aromatic malts, offering toasty, nutty, and bready flavors.
