How to Use Incognito Hop Extract
- Best addition point: whirlpool or hot-side hop stand
- Common usage guidance: 1 g per liter in the whirlpool
- Maximum recommended dose: 2 g per liter
- T-90 replacement estimate: roughly 1 part Incognito to 6 parts T-90 pellets by weight
The extract is sticky and concentrated. Warm the sealed sachet gently in warm water if needed, add it to hot wort during the whirlpool, and mix well so it disperses evenly.
