Gas Equipment & Hardware
Gas Equipment and Hardware for Draft Beer Systems
Gas-side hardware is what keeps a draft system carbonated, pressurized, leak-free, and consistent. This collection includes CO₂ tanks, nitrogen cylinders, regulators, gas tubing, fittings, manifolds, disconnects, and supporting hardware for kegerators, keezers, homebrew draft systems, sparkling water, cold brew, and other compatible beverage setups.
Most draft beer systems use CO₂. Nitro stout, nitro cold brew, and certain long-draw or mixed-gas setups may require nitrogen or beer gas instead. Always match the tank, regulator, valve type, gas tubing, and fittings to the system you are building.
Build the gas side correctly
- Tank: choose CO₂, nitrogen, or beer gas based on the beverage and faucet setup.
- Regulator: use a compatible CO₂ or nitrogen regulator to control pressure safely.
- Distribution: add gas manifolds and splitters when running multiple kegs.
- Tubing and fittings: use quality gas tubing, clamps, disconnects, and leak-checked connections.
If you are local to North County San Diego, see our Vista CO₂, nitrogen, and beer gas exchange page for local exchange options before choosing tank size.
