This FerMonster 1 gallon PET carboy is a small fermentation vessel for trial batches, split experiments, wine, cider, mead, sake starters, hard seltzer tests, and small beer projects. The 1 gallon size is easy to handle when a full 5 gallon batch is more than you need.
