Corny Keg Cleaner & Rinser | Ball Lock Cleaning Kit – Pump Compatible

Clean Cornelius kegs fast—no disassembly required

This simple, effective keg cleaning setup lets you flush both keg posts and dip tubes without tearing the keg apart. The assembly uses a liquid ball lock QD and a gas ball lock QD joined with brewery tubing and a tee, plus a removable 1/4" barbed hose-bib adapter so you can connect to a hose or faucet and push rinse water straight through the keg internals. Want full recirculation? Just remove the hose-bib fitting and hook the line to a pump to circulate PBW, rinse water, or Star San for a complete cleaning cycle.

How to Use

  1. Rinse mode (no pump): Snap the gas and liquid QDs onto your keg posts. Attach the hose-bib adapter to a hose or faucet. Run warm water through the lines to flush posts and dip tubes; flip the keg to drain.
  2. Recirculation mode (with pump): Remove the hose-bib adapter and connect to your pump. Recirculate PBW (follow label rates/temps), then rinse water, then Star San. Flip the keg to ensure both dip tubes are thoroughly cleaned.
  3. Pro tip: Clean immediately after emptying. Old beer soils can harden and are harder to remove over time.
