Never tried brewer's products before. But in my area it's not possible to find real Saigon cinnamon it's often mislabeled chinese cassia. But, i use this for teas and coffees, and although it's a bit more durable and for my uses takes a bit longer to extract. I do like it. And it's nice to know i found a reputable supplier for it. Really fantastic product and I'm sure for intended brewing used maybe in mead or mulled wine this would be fantastic too.
