This alkaline, oxygen-based cleaner cuts through krausen rings, hop oils, protein films, and sticky residues on stainless steel, plastics, rubber, and soft metals. Ideal for fermenters, kegs, kettles, lines, faucets, and CIP recirculation systems.

Usage Guidelines

• Kettles & heavily soiled parts: Use about 1–2 fl oz per gallon of water. For CIP/recirculation, heat to 130°–180°F and circulate ~30 minutes.
• Fermenters, kegs & tanks: Start at 0.5–1 fl oz per gallon. Soak warm (~120°–140°F) for 30–60 minutes or cold overnight, then rinse thoroughly.
• Draft lines & faucets: 0.5–1 fl oz per gallon, 15–20 minutes contact, then flush with clean water.
• Best practice: Use mixed solution within ~8–10 hours. Always rinse all surfaces after cleaning.
• Note: PBW is a cleaner, not a sanitizer—follow with your preferred sanitizer (e.g., Star San) per label directions.
