Stout of Office Oatmeal Stout | All-Grain Recipe Kit | 5 Gallons

Stout of Office Oatmeal Stout is a smooth, dark, comfort-beer recipe kit built for brewers who want roast character without harshness. Expect dark chocolate, light coffee, caramel depth, rounded oat texture, restrained earthy hops, and a creamy stout finish that still drinks clean.

Companion version: This is the all-grain version of Stout of Office Oatmeal Stout. If you want a shorter brew day with malt extract and steeping grains instead of a full mash, see the extract version of Stout of Office Oatmeal Stout.

Grain Milling

We automatically mill the grains included with SoCal Brewing Supply beer recipe kits so they are ready for brew day. If you want the grains left unmilled, please add that request in the shopping cart notes before checkout. We’ll do our best to support unmilled requests when packing your order.

Fermentation Requirements

Use a clean, sanitized fermenter with enough headspace. Pitch LalBrew New England into well-aerated wort around 64–68°F, then hold fermentation steady in the mid-to-upper 60s°F. Let the beer finish fully, confirm gravity is stable for 2–3 days, and avoid oxygen pickup during transfer and packaging.
