This 4 oz. concentrated peach fruit flavoring adds ripe peach character to fermented beverages without needing fresh fruit handling, puree cleanup, or extra fruit solids in the fermenter.

Use it in blonde ales, wheat beers, kettle sours, hard seltzer, cider, kombucha, mead, and other fruit-forward recipes. Flavor extracts are usually easiest to dose at packaging: add a small amount, taste, and adjust gradually until the peach character fits the batch.
