Copper Fest Märzen All-grain Recipe Kit for Märzen / Oktoberfest Amber Lager Character
Copper Fest Märzen is an amber lager inspired by the Bavarian Oktoberfest brewing tradition, where malt richness, clean fermentation, and smooth drinkability matter more than high bitterness or showy hops. A good Märzen should taste festive but not heavy: toasty, rounded, and polished.
This all-grain kit is built for brewers who want a copper-colored lager with bread crust, light toast, gentle sweetness, and a clean finish. Choose it for fall parties, lager projects, Oktoberfest-style pours, or anytime you want a malt-forward beer that still drinks clean.
