Pilsen Light is best used as a clean base extract when you want low color and minimal malt interference. It brings a clean, delicate, and very pale with a light malt backbone profile while keeping the convenience and consistency of Briess CBW® liquid malt extract.

How to Use Briess LME
Add liquid malt extract off heat or with the kettle temporarily removed from direct heat, stirring thoroughly to prevent scorching on the bottom of the kettle. Late extract additions can help keep color lighter in pale beers, while full-boil additions are useful when you want the extract fully integrated from the start of the boil.
Store unopened containers in a cool, stable location. Once opened, keep the extract sealed and use promptly for best freshness.
