Briess CBW® Pale Ale LME | Liquid Malt Extract | 3.3lbs & 32 lbs
Briess CBW® Pale Ale LME | Liquid Malt Extract
Briess CBW® Pale Ale LME is a concentrated brewers wort liquid malt extract for extract brewing, partial mash recipes, and all-grain gravity or color adjustments. This listing is available in both 3.3lbs containers for standard homebrew batches and 32 lbs bulk containers for frequent brewers, clubs, and recipe-kit production.
Pale Ale is best used as building richer ale recipes with more malt depth than a neutral light extract. It brings a fuller, more malty, and lightly caramelized compared with lighter base extracts profile while keeping the convenience and consistency of Briess CBW® liquid malt extract.

How to Use Briess LME
Add liquid malt extract off heat or with the kettle temporarily removed from direct heat, stirring thoroughly to prevent scorching on the bottom of the kettle. Late extract additions can help keep color lighter in pale beers, while full-boil additions are useful when you want the extract fully integrated from the start of the boil.
Store unopened containers in a cool, stable location. Once opened, keep the extract sealed and use promptly for best freshness.
