Versatile inline HEPA-grade filtration for fermentation, oxygenation, CO2 systems, and more

This inline Sanitary Filter provides exceptional protection with 0.027 micron filtration at 99.99% efficiency. Whether you're preventing contamination during fermentation, filtering oxygen or CO2, or protecting your kegging setup, this filter is a compact and essential addition to your brewing and fermentation gear.

Compatible with both 1/4" and 3/8" tubing, the filter also fits snugly in standard rubber stoppers€€making it perfect for a wide variety of homebrew and professional applications.

Key Features:

  • Extremely fine filtration: 0.027 micron rating traps airborne contaminants with 99.99% efficiency
  • Fits common tubing & stoppers: Works with both 1/4" and 3/8" tubing and inserts easily into standard stoppers
  • HEPA-grade performance: Meets U.S. government standards for HEPA filtration
  • Dry use only: Do not submerge€€filter must remain dry at all times for proper function

Suggested Uses:

  • Fermenter airlock replacement: Ideal as a sanitary airlock, especially for conical fermenters. Prevents airborne contamination during sampling or trub dumps
  • Inline oxygenation or aeration: Use with systems like our FE375 or FE380 to filter air or O2 before it enters your wort
  • Cask hand pumps: Breweries use this filter to extend the life of real ales by sanitizing incoming air during serving
  • CO2 line filtration: Add between your CO2 tank and keg system to remove potential contaminants before gas reaches your beer

Important Notes:

  • Never expose the filter to moisture€€it is not washable or sanitizable
  • To sanitize the outside only, use Alpet D2 or a similar alcohol-based surface sanitizer
  • Store dry, sealed in a ziplock bag. Properly stored, filters can last up to 1 year
  • Always maintain the same airflow direction once established; use the directional arrow on the housing as a guide
