Bold Tropical Flavors with a Citrus Kick
Moutere™ Hops, a New Zealand-born variety released in 2015, brings bold, tropical fruit flavors and intense citrus to your brew. Known for its rich grapefruit, passionfruit, and tropical fruit aromas, Moutere™ is perfect for IPAs, Pale Ales, and NEIPAs. It offers a resinous pine undertone and hints of spicy hay, making it a versatile choice for both bittering and aroma additions.
With a high alpha acid content (17.5-19.5%), Moutere™ is a powerful hop suitable for big IPAs and even mixed-fermentation beers or fruit-forward styles. Whether you're looking for a hop to punch up the fruit character in your brew or add a clean bitterness, Moutere™ delivers.
