LalBrew® Nottingham is an English-style ale yeast renowned for its high performance and versatility. It produces a neutral flavor profile, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of beer styles, including Pale Ales, Ambers, Porters, Stouts, and Barleywines. This strain exhibits high attenuation and flocculation, ensuring efficient fermentation and clear final products. Additionally, LalBrew® Nottingham is stress-tolerant, making it a reliable choice for high-gravity brews and challenging fermentation conditions.
This 11g sachet is designed to ferment up to 6 gallons (23 liters) of wort, making it ideal for homebrewers.

Usage Instructions:
- Pitching Rate: 50 – 100 g/hL to achieve a minimum of 2.5 – 5 million cells/mL
- Rehydration: Rehydrate by sprinkling the yeast on the surface of 10 times its weight in clean, sterilized water at 25°C – 30°C (77°F – 86°F). Leave undisturbed for 15 minutes, then stir to suspend completely. Adjust the temperature to that of the wort and inoculate without delay.
Storage:
- Store in a vacuum-sealed package in dry conditions below 4°C (39°F).
- Opened packs must be re-sealed, stored in dry conditions below 4°C (39°F), and used within 3 days.
- Do not use yeast after the expiry date printed on the pack.
