Fermentation & Usage Tips
- Direct pitch: E2U™ certified—pitch directly into chilled wort, no rehydration needed.
- Optional rehydration: Rehydrate in 10× its weight of sterile water at 77–84°F (25–29°C).
- Dosage: 80 – 120 g/hL; one 11.5 g sachet treats up to 5 gallons of wort.
- Lagering: For a crisp finish and clarity, lager at 35–40°F (1.5–4.5°C) for 3–6 weeks after fermentation.
Handling & Storage
Store in a cool, dry environment below 59°F (15°C). For best results, refrigerate. Shelf life is 36 months from production. Reseal and refrigerate opened sachets promptly.
