Wyeast Liquid Yeast and Fermentation Nutrients

Wyeast Laboratories produces liquid yeast cultures and fermentation nutrients for brewers, winemakers, cider makers, mead makers, and specialty fermentation projects. This collection includes Wyeast beer yeast, wine yeast, cider yeast, mixed cultures, and nutrient products for matching fermentation character to the beverage you want to make.

Use Wyeast strains to dial in clean American ales, expressive English and Belgian beers, lager fermentation, saison character, wheat beer profiles, wine and cider fermentation, or sour and mixed-culture projects. Liquid yeast gives brewers access to a wider range of specialized strains than many dry yeast options, which is especially useful when style character matters.

Cold storage and shipping Wyeast

Liquid yeast is temperature-sensitive. Wyeast products are stored cold at SoCal Brewing Supply and handled with viability in mind. For shipped orders, insulated mailers and ice packs can help buffer heat, but they cannot guarantee protection against extreme temperatures, carrier delays, hot trucks, or porch time. During warm weather, expedited shipping and cold-pack protection are strongly recommended for liquid yeast.
