It attenuates fully while suppressing phenolic or sulfur notes, creating light-bodied lagers with clean grain flavor and bright carbonation. Optimal fermentation occurs at 48°F - 55°F (9°C - 13°C). Ideal for Mexican lagers, Vienna lagers, cream ales, and other crisp, light styles.
