Fermentation & Usage Tips

  • Direct pitch: Sprinkle the 11.5 g sachet directly into wort at 15 – 22 °C (59 – 72 °F). No rehydration needed with E2U™ tech.
  • Optional rehydration: Rehydrate in 10× its weight in sterile water at 25 – 29 °C (77 – 84 °F) for 15–30 minutes before pitching.
  • Dosage: 50 – 80 g / hL (one 11.5 g sachet treats ~5–6 gallons)

Handling & Storage

Store sealed in a cool, dry place below 59 °F (15 °C). Shelf life is 36 months from production date. Opened sachets should be used quickly or resealed and refrigerated.
