This Doppelb.ock Lager beer recipe pairs great with Pork, Cheeses and German Chocolate Cake.  This Bock recipe kit is paired with all authentic German malted grains and Omega German Bock yeast. Complete with everything you need to brew your own 5.5 gallons of Dopplebock beer.  At 75% extraction efficiency, you should anticipate an original gravity of 1.077, a finished gravity of 1.022 and an ABV of 7.23%. The IBUs are 25.1 with a SRM of 19.1

Grains:
• 10 lbs. Weyermann Munich Type 1
• 3 lbs. Weyermann Pilsner
• 1 lb. Weyermann Caramunich Type 3
• 0.5 lb. Weyermann Carafa Type 1

Hops:
• 0.5 oz. of Magnum Pellet Hops
• 1 oz. of Hallertau Mittelfrüh Pellet Hops

Yeast:
• Omega Yeast - German Bock

Other:

• 1 tablet of Whirlfloc
• 1 tsp of Fermax Yeast Nutrient
• 150 g of Brewmasters Priming Sugar
