First Brew Day (Quick Overview)

1. Sanitize: Clean and sanitize all equipment that touches your beer.
2. Brew: Heat water, steep specialty grains, dissolve extract, and boil per your ingredient kit.
3. Cool: Chill wort, transfer to fermenter, top up to volume, and pitch yeast.
4. Ferment: Maintain temperature with the adhesive thermometer; wait until fermentation completes.
