To get the best pricing, we encourage you to use our Grain Bill selection radial buttons (Recipe #1, 2, or 3)—this lets us combine your selected grains into a single bag, reducing labor and packaging costs, with savings passed on to you. If you prefer each grain variety bagged separately, we’re happy to accommodate, though an additional fee applies due to the extra handling required. We also offer free milling upon request!

Briess Bonlander® Munich Malt (10L) is a European-style Munich malt produced from North American 2-row barley. Kilned to a golden amber hue with subtle orange highlights, it offers a clean, slightly sweet, and rich malty flavor that enhances the depth and complexity of a wide range of beer styles.
With a color rating of 10° Lovibond, this malt provides a warm golden hue and a smooth malt character, making it an excellent choice for traditional German lagers and ales. Its moderate diastatic power allows it to be used as a base malt in darker beers or as a specialty malt to add malty richness to lighter styles.
