Fermaid K is a complete yeast nutrient containing a balanced blend of inactivated yeast, DAP (diammonium phosphate), magnesium sulfate, vitamins, and trace minerals. Designed to promote strong, consistent fermentations, Fermaid K helps reduce the risk of sluggish activity, sulfur off-aromas, and nutrient deficiencies, especially in high-sugar musts or wort.

It’s widely used in wine, mead, cider, and beer to ensure healthy yeast growth and maximum alcohol tolerance. Fermaid K is especially helpful in early fermentation stages when yeast demand for nutrients is highest.

Suggested Usage:

• Mead & Wine: 1 g per gallon, added around the 1/3 sugar depletion mark
• Cider: 0.75–1 g per gallon
• Beer: 0.25–0.5 g per gallon (optional, for high-gravity or nutrient-deficient wort)
