Amalgamation II Brettanomyces Blend by White Labs is a captivating blend of five Brettanomyces bruxellensis isolates, each contributing its unique characteristics to the mix. This blend showcases a delightful array of flavors and aromas, from the lemon tart and restrained funk of the Beersel isolates and TYB184, to the SweeTarts™ character of TYB207, and the tropical bouquet of pineapple, guava, mango, and papaya esters of TYB261.

With an attenuation range of 82% to 86%, low flocculation, and high alcohol tolerance (10-15%), this blend is ideal for creating beers with complex, layered profiles. It thrives in fermentation temperatures between 70° and 80°F (21° and 27°C), making it versatile for a variety of brewing styles, including Belgian Pale Ale, Brett IPA, Lambic, and Wild Specialty Beer.
