Sweet Orange Peel adds a robust orange flavor and aroma to Holiday beers, Belgian style ales, and fruit beers. For a 5 gallon batch, the manufacturer recommends adding 1/2 to 1 oz. during the last 5 minutes of boil. Your actual usage might vary.
